Fenton Light Blue Opalescent Diamond Point Pedestal Cake Plate Stand 9" diameter. Contains outlet a straw mark and one area of the plate has a rougher surface on the outside edge. It appears to have been manufactured this way. I found it only by running my fingers over the top of the plate, and then saw it when turning it sideways in the right light.
