Comes with everything except the brush (I wouldn't feel right including a used brush with the sale —- any bottle brush will work! It's to help clean the glass milk jug!) It's about 2 years old. I bought it when I was pregnant with my (now 19 month old) toddler to help with my milk supply. But it didn't work out outlet for me and I personally don't drink any kind of milk on the regular so this has been taking up space in my cabinet.
