This is an elegant and delicate sterling silver creamer and open sugar set, but alas with some dents especially to the creamer. The two pieces are also monogrammed with KGC, my mother's initials, so they were a wedding present in 1936. On each the base is marked STERLING REINFORCED EWITH CEMENT and the initials R and B inside squares. Unexplainably, each also has WNV scratched crudely and vertically as well. The pieces are outlet lined in gold gilt, with some black tarnish at the bottom that could not be polished away. They bear the initials R and B inside squares so there is an RB silver company , but the mark RB does not show up in any lists of makers' marks. They are each 3" high on a 2" pedestal base and 5" wide. Their better sides would still look pretty on display, but the dents are heartbreaking for such a nice pair.
