When measuring for the bracelet, measure your wrist size. order your snug wrist size, not your bracelet size, an accurate wrist measurement is the best way to get a perfect fit.

Generally, speaking bangles are going to be looser on your hands. With bracelets being tighter. So keep that in mind when ordering.

Also, consider adding a quarter of your inch size if you want a tight fit. Add 1 inch for a looser fit.
