These two Grey horses are sharing secrets waiting for their owner to come brighten their day. Together they're content to laze about the barn, swapping secrets and telling tales of more exciting days. You can almost smell the scents of stabled horses, hay, and bedding by looking at this print.
This is a digital painting, but don't let that fool you, it was done entirely by hand—each woodgrain, every strand of hair, and every small detail was done by hand with an app that simulates brushstrokes when a stylus is used on the screen. This painting has been professionally printed on an 16”x20” canvas and stretched appropriately.
My photography skills aren't as good as I'd like, so I included the original image to give a outlet better idea of the depth of shading and vividness of the color.
