This is a custom weathered hat with incredible detail. Black felted hat weathered in cream. Textured fabric trim, beaded black and gold chain, jewel in front, vintage button, safety pin with charms, and a painted feather. Finished off with hand stitched pearl rim. Adjustable band in outlet side.
