Texas Tech outlet Wreath

This wreath is 22 inches in diameter. It's made outlet with a two tone mesh of red and white stripes. A metal license plate is used for the center piece. I used lots and lots of polka dot, striped and tri color wired ribbons. This can be hung inside or out. Support your Texas Red Raiders!! Guns up !!
