*Cold porcelain is a porcelain paste that dries in the air. The modeling, painting and lacquering of the cold porcelain elements is done by hand in our workshop.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as items lost or damaged in the return process.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Glo&Sons has the right to deny a return if it does not meet the requirements of the return policy.

For exchanges, we will send a voucher with the value of the returned item once received so that you can use it to purchase another product. We carefully inspect all of our parts before they leave our workshop. If an item ever arrives damaged, you must write to us within 24 hours of receipt.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We don't accept any package that has had its integrity compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Please note that the only authority authorized to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding company seal.

RETURN MAIL:

We do not offer a refund if a package is returned by:
1. Address provided is not correct
2. The package is not claimed after trying to be delivered

We offer the possibility of resending the order once it has arrived back. In that case, we will send you a message to confirm the address. The forwarding costs must be paid by the customer prior to forwarding.

Glo&Sons is not responsible for incorrect shipping details that may appear on your Etsy order. Check that the information is correct before finalizing your purchase.
