My husband uses an Alaskan chainsaw mill to cut lumber out of logs he salvages himself. He then dries the lumber and mills it to create beautiful serving boards. The beautiful wood grain is exposed and outlet protected with a food-safe mineral oil and beeswax finish we create ourselves.
