These dual-textured porcelain dangle earrings are presented in contrast shades with dainty striping to draw the eye. Details:
- Material: porcelain (fired at 1280 °C), transparent glaze, 14k gold filled ear wires (what is 14k gold filled? Please read my FAQs.)
- Size: earrings measure approximately 2.9 x 0.9 cm without hooks.
- Weight: one single piece, about 2.3 g
- Package: The porcelain earrings are wrapped in a triangular paper box and ready for giving. I pack the wrapped earrings in clean reused materials to protect them.


Each porcelain piece is carefully handcrafted in my workshop close to the seaside in northern Germany. Inspired by the stones found by the sea I developed a special production method which combines porcelain layers and creates patterns with very thin and fine stripes or color blocks “floating” in the body of the porcelain. The porcelain pieces are fired multiple times in a ceramic kiln. After being fired with high temperature (1280°C) they become robust, water- and dirt resistant.
