Custom hand-painted watercolor houses and architectural portraits make memorable gifts to remember a first home or any beloved place. Also makes a great housewarming gift, wedding gift, realtor gift, or simply a gift that will touch the recipient's heart and be cherished for years to come.
Paintings come in 3 paper sizes of choice: 6x9, 9x12, or 11x14. Prices vary based on size. IMPORTANT: This will be hand-painted with watercolors on real paper ONLY. No digital prints will be provided. The completed original artwork will be mailed anywhere in the US only.
Steps in the order process:
1. Place the order.
2. Send photo(s) of the house or property to be painted via private messages. The more photos, the better. If a good photo of the house or property is unavailable, a Google image outlet can be used as well.
3. A pencil sketch of the house will be sent for your review first before I start putting paint down on the paper. Depending on level of difficulty of the painting, it may take between 3-7 days to draw, paint, and make revisions if necessary. Please note that the amount of time it takes for the painting to be complete can also change depending on if or how much revision is requested. Throughout the process, I will communicate with you to make sure the painting meets your satisfaction.
4. When painting is complete to your satisfaction, painting will be mailed via USPS 3-5 business day shipping and tracking number will be provided.
