comes without the cord to power it on. also comes without the remote and it has outlet a couple of minor scratches. other than that it works just fine. i haven't encountered any problems with the dvd player but like the tv, it has minor scratches. i'll be willing to sell the dvd player for 200 if anyone is interested :P.
