Signs of play include scuff marks and some yellowing of white pieces. As a collector outlet for over 30 years, IMO I think this house is in one of the best conditions I've seen in a while! Original box from ‘00 included. Box has been folded for storage and is in fair condition. See pictures for condition. Overall a wonderful piece for play or collecting. Tons of space for all your critters and accessories. House measures 17' x 17' x 18. These houses are notoriously difficult to safely ship due to heavy base and relatively fragile walls/joints.
