On one side there's a lever for switching between a 33 or 45 and a hand crank on another side to turn the player on and off which works. It does require 4C batteries and has NOT been tested.
Made in 1971, this children's collectible is in good condition. There are a few little marks and stains, but nothing that detracts from the piece. The only major flaw is a crack in the needle which can be seen in the last photo. It's not broken, but must be handled gently. This is a rare Hallmark and Betsy Clark Precious Moments item.
