This early-1970s Rizkallah for Malcolm Starr collared blouse was made in Hong Kong of a synthetic chiffon in light grayish lavender. It features balloon sleeves and pleats outlet down the front with lace panels. It does up the front with five buttons, and has an extra button on each cuff. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
