Vintage Chalkware Statue - Little Girl outlet - Painted Bronze - Large 15 Inches Tall

This plaster statue is made to look like brass or bronze
and is chipping the way this "chalkware" usually does.

I cannot make out the stamped mark on the back
but this is certainly a copy of some work of art
depicting this slightly scowling child.

The space under her arm is suitable for holding something
but it isn't clear what was there originally
You could certainly get creative if you wanted to use her to display something.

The statue is large, 15 inches tall
and beside the chipping, she is not repaired anywhere.

There is a note taped to the bottom that says,

"He thinks they are from about 1870"

I am guessing there was a matching counterpoint, probably a boy?

I haven't been able to find anything like her,
