This German porcelain figure is marked on the underside with an orange Carl Scheidig "Kunstporzellan Handgemalt" eagle mark, which denotes production by the high-end porzellanfabrik in Grafenthal, c. 1920-30's. This Jugendstil or Art Nouveau porcelain figure is hand-sculpted, and does not possess a firing hole upon close examination. Excellent, preowned condition with no chips, cracks, or visible repairs.
