outlet Scarce original ticket stub from a 1951 Gulf Coast League game.

The reverse side of the ticket has a date from one of those old ink stampers.
I was able to find the outcome and story of this game.
How about that attendance of 564?
Texas City won 9-5.

This ticket was removed from an old scrapbook (without damage)
that had several other sports and theatre tickets. Many had the dates stamped
in a similar manner and some with handwritten notes.

Mainland Baseball Co (E.H. Thornton Jr) owned this team during it's inaugural season of 1951
before selling it off in early 1952. (see image).

VG condition. There is a crease and a chip off one corner.
The ticket measures 1-7/8 x 1-1/8.
