This is a like new gameboy advance SP with a new IPS display, shell, and prestige buttons. It has 10 brightness levels and makes games look they way you remember them looking (rather outlet than how they actually do on an original GBA SP). I have also thrown in two Top Gun games. This does come with a charger, however it has some electrical tape on it to cover some fraying. Up to you if you want to buy a new one, but this is an original Nintendo charger! Thanks for looking!.
