Vintage 1960s Capri Wraparound Sunglasses (CapriB/G) outlet Italy

A great store basement find
Condition: unused (leftover old store stock)
A classic vintage wraparound style sunglass
Made in Italy (1960)
Manufactured by Sunhawk
Made of plastic, metal and glass
Frame color: black
Has original green glass lenses which absorb ultra-violet and infra-red rays of the sun
Temples are attached to the frame with a 7 barrel metal hinge
Metal hinges are pinned to the front of the frame and to the sides of temples
Temple marked with a sunhawk logo
The hinges are attached together by a mini screw
Measures approximately: 5.75 inches on the front lenght of the frame, 2.75 by outlet 1.5 inches on the size of the lenses and 4.5 inches on the lenght of the temples
Very rare to get a glass lense wraparound
All our sunglasses are vintage and it is normal for these items to show some signs of wear do to general aging
Even though it is new old stock it may need to be taken to an optical for adjustment
Sunglass frames are plastic molded and may have some defective markings, scratches, paint drips, excess plastic (need filing) and lenses may have some air bubbles or chips near the frame when assembled in the factory plant
These sunglasses are a true treasure from the past
Leave them as sunglasses or fit it with your prescription lenses
