Handmade street signs painted on ceramic outlet tiles are one of the attraction in Madrid, Spain. These hand painted tiles are always arranged in either 3x3 or 3x4. The first ceramic tile street signs were installed in the 1930s. Most of these tiles are actually the work of the artist Alfredo Ruiz de la Luna.
