Vintage Cut Glass Captains outlet Decanter/Silverplate Collar/ Sunflower/Starburst Pattern/Brandy/Downton Abbey

Vintage cut glass decanter in excellent outlet condition free of chips or cracks. Silverplate collar has aged patina with small area of wear where collar connects to bottle. Love collar rim that has tiny beaded trim. Diamond point stopper has a couple of visible air bubbles.
Traditional sunflower/starburst pattern from 70's.
Suspect Anchor Hocking.
