Well at least it's complete and functional with all of the discs and all of the handles. One of them has a peg broken off. There is a lot of discoloration as you can see and it's dusty. There's a crack near one of the openings and a chip outlet on the underside in that same area. Good candidate for customizing or for parts. The price is not negotiable.
