By purchasing this Extended Commercial License, you agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Juju Sprinkles reserves the right to modify the agreement at any time without notice.

By purchasing this License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Design. All copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by Juju Sprinkles.

You may not claim the Design as your own. You may not resell the design as-is, or offer it for download to any outside source, whether for free or for payment.

All Designs are sold as assets in creating art, and not as final products.

The extended commercial license comes with the below terms:

• Each Extended Commercial license applies to a single Design. If you have multiple Designs / Projects that require commercial use, you must purchase a separate Commercial License for each Design / Project.
• You may create items for sale for unlimited number of units.
• You may sell items without providing credit to Juju Sprinkles.
• You may sell digital items, as long as the Design is not offered for download as-is, and the final product is “flattened”, meaning the customer cannot isolate and pull out the Design.
• Design is not to be used for logos or in work that is claimed to be “original” or “exclusive”.

E X A M P L E

You may create a digital sticker sheet with the Design and offer it for sale as a PNG, JPG, etc. You may not offer the sticker sheet as a layered Photoshop file. You may not resell the Design as clipart, even if edited.

D E F I N I T I O N S

A “Design” is one pack of graphics in a single listing. For example, If you purchase the Woodland Pack, all graphics in the Woodland Pack count as one Design.

A “Sale” applies to an entire Design. For example, if you purchase the Woodland Pack and sell a product with the Fox design on it, and a product with the Raccoon design on it, this would count as two sales toward your sale limit.
