Nice Old 1895 Chandler Print, The Old Homestead, in Antique Hand Carved Solid Wood Frame outlet

Very Nice and unusual lithograph print of a country home nestled in the mountains. The old print is outlet titled "The Old Homestead" and is by W H Chandler. Print has very sharp details and done in black and gray tones on an ivory background. Print was copyright 1897 by The Ullman Manufacturing Co., New York. Print has a man and woman on the porch and a young boy getting water from the well. The woman on the porch is waving her hanky as a horse and carriage depart with a young lady. There are geese by the little pond in the yard. Old print is very charming. This old print is in very good condition. There is no waviness, tearing, fading or creasing. The only noted damage is a couple of very small stains to the very left side margin above the mountains. The very outer margin of the print has minor surface wear that is not very bad, but I do mention everything I see.

PROFESSIONALY FRAMED.
I have cleaned the glass on both sides and backed the print with acid free mat board. Frame's back is sealed with brown paper to keep framed print in excellent clean condition for many years to come.

FRAME AND GLASS
Old carved wood frame is probably from the 1900 era and in excellent condition. The corners are tight, and frame is very sturdy. Frame has no noted damage. Frame is clean and has its original worn finish. I have given it a clear protective mat finish to keep frame in pristine condition for many years to come. Frame's back is clean as well. The glass covering the old print looks to be replacement glass.
