outlet Although it was printed using one color [grayish black] this print was made using 3 separate plates.. one for the etched lines and 2 other plates called "collographs" to which I create texture with acrylic gel medium and carborundum grit. I call the Print "Don't Go" because when I made the sketch for it I just just seen a documentary about a rural family in the Andes where a mother and daughter were heartbroken when the daughter got married because she needed to move far away to live with her new husbands family. At the same time, my daughter was leaving to teach in South Korea, a 16 hour flight away. I was full of emotion and I hope this print shows emotion. The image is 11.5" X 9". Printed on paper 16" X 14".
Will be shipped in a flat pack, insured.
