French Vintage Set of Green Glass Preserves Jars / Vintage Green Glass Storage Jars / Kitchen Storage outlet / Vintage Storage Jars / Shabby Chic

French vintage "La Lorraine" green glass preserving jars, one big, the other smaller. Made of thick green glass in beautiful shades of green. Can be used as decoration, to hold flowers, or as very attractive storage for odds and ends in the kitchen, or studio.

Both have clip top lids. Both have a raised relief of thistle on the front face of the jar, and on top of the lid. They're quite heavy, with thick bottom and lids.

Great condition with rusting to the metal parts. The taller has no gasket and opens easily, the smaller one has an old gasket, and has not been opened, and is sold as is. No chips or cracks.

Sold as a set of two jars.

The 1 liter jar is made out of darker glass, and is 23 cm tall, the smaller one is 1/2 liter and lighter color green, and is 17cm tall.

A few words about shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations…

Currently there are some countries where I am not able to ship to, that includes countries in a state of war, Great Britain, and Germany. I do ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and countries in the European Union. If you have a question if I ship to your country, please send me a convo.

If you've changed your mind, please notify me asap - I accept cancellations within two days after purchase.

Regretfully I cannot accept exchanges or returns. Because all items I sell are vintage, they will show signs of age. If you have concerns, please contact me with questions, requests for additional photos, before you make a purchase. I make a lot of effort to point out any features and potential faults of the items I sell. All items are sold “as is”. They all have little “faults” which in case of vintage just adds to their charm in my opinion.

You will get a confirmation of your order as soon as the order is placed. Your purchase is shipped within 3-5 working days after payment has cleared my account.

I pack your order securely, taking care to protect it from damage in transport, and ship it from France via La Poste/Colissimo which means that it can outlet take up to 2 weeks for Europe or 3-4 weeks to arrive elsewhere. I am not responsible for any delivery or customs delays or additional costs - all import taxes / customs are the responsibility of the client - in accordance with the requirements of the country of destination.

This shipping comes with tracking, but no insurance. But if you prefer/require priority post or additional contents insurance to cover the value of your item - please notify me in advance - this can be arranged for you at the additional cost price and added to your order before checkout/payment.

If your item arrives in damaged packaging or if you are unhappy with the condition in which you receive your parcel - please do not open the package. Either obtain a declaration/proof from the delivery person or take it, unopened, to your local post office. This will facilitate a claim - especially if you have taken out additional insurance.

Please note that I cannot take financial responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect or if your item is returned undelivered.

Your order will require a signature on delivery. If your order is returned to me because noone was available to sign for the package, the shipping charges will not be refunded (this includes orders marked "free shipping").
