No cracks etc . When windows updated to 11 it sent broken link I guess so I had to factory reset . I used it for about a month and it started to update again. So my BF just bought me a new laptop ..This outlet works and I don't know if anyone can make it load 11 but either way it's a very nice computer. All I'm selling is the computer no mouse or keyboard. It's a 22 in screen and it is all in one touchscreen so it is heavy to ship correct you will pay for the shipping I set. Thanks.
