These are brand new with hang tags attached. The color is Denethic. I outlet bought these to wear as I was losing weight, but never ended up wearing this pair. It is advertised to fit size 6, 8, 10, and 12. I find that they don't have quite as much stretch as the Always Fits Good Classic (for anyone familiar with those).
