Alashan Agate has undergone hundreds of millions of years of geological vicissitudes and sand tempering. The natural gemstone is found in Mongolia and is also called "colorful jade" because of the jade-like, semi-translucent texture.

It is all natural and then polished into beads. There are small natural pores (smaller than 1mm), maybe tiny cracks and crystal lines on the beads. It is all because they are natural rocks and cannot be as perfect as man-made ones.
