Beautiful Multicolor SOLAR Lights Gold and Violet Vintage outlet Glass Garden Flower Yard Art Federal Petal Glass

I have had many requests for solar lights in my glass flowers so here it is! There is a solar unit inserted in the back of the largest bowl. I have drilled holes throughout and threaded multicolored solar fairy lights through the piece. I love the way the light colors lined up to create a pattern in this piece. Add a one of a kind splash of color to your garden with a hand made glass flower that will bring enjoyment for years to come! Each flower is made from glassware and pottery gathered at thrift shops, antique shops, and yard sales.

This flower is made from a large vintage Federal Glass petal glass bowl, a cut glass dish, I believe an Avon decanter center vase, and a pressed amber glass nut dish in the back. I have used metallic gold and violet glass paint on the edges of the petal glass outlet plates and center bowl to highlight the shapes and add some extra color to catch the light. Gold does pull the pieces together. This piece is a real light catcher and will add some fun to your garden!

This piece is 8 inches wide and 10 inches from back to front. I add a glass ladybug to each piece for the positive energy and symbolism they carry!

Once I have gathered pieces and designed a flower I use glass paints to add interest and color. The pieces are baked to make the paint permanent. Each piece is drilled through the center and glued together with an outdoor silicone. A metal rod is threaded through the center and screwed into the handmade curved copper pipe that supports it. A photo of a sample is included so you can see how they connect. A 14 inch straight copper rod is included for mounting in the ground.
