Vintage Tiffany and Company 15mm sterling silver open heart necklace. This is one of Elsa Peretti‘s early open heart pendants based on the stamping. Elsa Peretti started designing for Tiffany in 1974. The stamping on this heart dates to the 1970s/early 1980's. We have polished the heart to an excellent Preloved condition and we have carefully cleaned the chain. The chain is 16 inches long. The necklace comes in the original vintage box and pouch.
