The scooter. There are three, red metal
caps on the three tires.

Steering outlet Column is 24" T
Base (place for feet) 24" or 2.75"
Wheels 20" a part -1 front & 2 back
Wheels 2.75"

To ship this will be disassembled for shipping,
You will just need to put the pin in place.
