DESCRIPTION:
This one-of-a-kind handcrafted needlepoint embroidery is completely 100% made by my mother, Ganka Gancheva. This hand-sewn needlepoint art consists of thousands of slanted/gobelin stitches which are no bigger than 1-2mm each and take months to complete. This embroidery style has a long-standing history and is one of the hardest to master. My mother follows printed diagram designs which are already created by professional embroidery companies. The threads and the cotton canvas are premium quality and will not fade. I have stretched the embroidery, matted it and framed so the whole piece is ready to hang on outlet the wall.
