Lighthouse outlet painting

Large (29” x 23”) folk art painting of Portland Light in outlet Portland, Maine. The image is clear and well-defined and the painting is very appealing. The frame on the piece is presented in "as-is" condition as it is fragile and needs some repairs. Painted in 2001 and painting itself is in beautiful condition.
