Vintage signed NAPIER SAFETY PIN brooch / pin with topaz / outlet citrine colored cabochon / oversized safety pin brooch / pin / designer jewelry

Fab oversized safety pin brooch accented with a juicy topaz/citrine-colored bezel cut cabochon and signed Napier. In excellent vintage condition, the pin is secured at the back using a hidden clasp in the top. Measures 4.5" long by almost an inch wide. The cabochon is huge and measures a little over 1/2" in length.
