Antique 1892 American Illustrators by outlet F. Hopkinson Smith Limited Edition Large Format Print Portfolio Book

This portfolio had a limited run of 1000 copies and this one is numbered 828 and it has a lot of stunning illustration plates / prints. Unfortunately some of them have water stains on the edges particularly in the later half of the book, and the edges of the pages are tattered throughout most of the book (see photos) and they are brittle on the edges only. But this to be expected considering the size and age. I took photos of the prints with the worst stains. The large majority are in very good condition and don't have stains, or the stains don't infringe onto the art. Lastly the portfolio spine is a bit outlet worn but it doesn't have binding (hence portfolio). Instead if is filled with 5 large envelopes that can be pulled out.
