HEART HUG TEA- This specially formulated tea blend is made to calm, comfort, and support emotional well being. Linden is often referred to as a "hug in a mug" because of its abilities to calm the mind outlet and body during times of sadness and anxiety. Elderflowers can help us to let go of fear, stress, and the feeling of wanting to hold on. This can be very helpful in a situation that we cannot control despite our desires to do so. Hawthorn leaf & flowers are often considered some of the best "heart herbs" for health of the physical heart including cardiovascular health, but are also used culturally throughout the world to support the emotional processes of the heart. Last but certainly not least, Tulsi or Vana Holy Basil is one of the most commonly used herbs and rightly so, as this nervine has been scientifically proven to have a positive effect on depression and anxiety.
