Product code: Laminated Bowmaking outlet kit

I offer bow making classes to students in the Upper Midwest area in which I teach people how to make bows and involve them in the process of making their own. I have also met people in the past that have only wanted to buy a bow stave from me so they can experience making a bow themselves, so I decided to assemble bow making kits to offer to those customers. Making one's first bow unguided is a difficult process, and is often unsuccessful or takes multiple tries. The bow making kit is a great idea for someone who understands the trial and error nature of learning this art, and still wants to try making a bow on their own. If a customer buys a bow making kit the price is approximately $100 but can go up to $200 depending of how complete they wish the stave to be prior to them receiving it or if they would like to have Exotic hardwoods in the bow. These kits are not covered by my 1 year warranty because those folks who choose to buy them are making the bows themselves without my guidance or supervision. In order to work with these tow making kits you will need some tools, which can be purchased at your local hardware store.

Along with the wooden stave, I provide a bag of wedges, enough twine for gluing up the bow, and a crush board for laminating the layers of wood. Lastly, I provide a bow cord made to the size of the bow stave.
