Good condition -Cleveland CBX 52* DG115 shaft - Very Good condition. -Titleist T-MB 718 3 iron Project X 6.0 PXI - Very Good -Cleveland CG15 52* Wedge Flex - Good Condition -Cleveland CG15 56* dual grind sole Wedge Flex - Its been loved but the club is still serviceable. -Ben Hogan Ft. Worth 15 25* outlet (5-iron) KBS Tour-V 110 Stiff - Very Good -The Refiner Swing Trainer - Good condition. This is a break-action training club similar to a medicus with the tension adjustable by two allen set screws on the sides of the mechanism. It works as it's supposed to. All believe clubs are stock specs. I specifically know that all the Cleveland wedges are stock as I purchased those new off the rack. The CBX has been used very little as it just didn't work for me.
