It was made in Belgium and issued by Golden Crown E&R Belgium. It has two holes with wire through it. It is 11.25" in diameter and in excellent vintage condition (no chips, crack or crazing). This plate is for decorative purposes only (not for food, not dishwasher or microwave safe).
