Vintage Mottahadeh Italian outlet Black and White Rabbit

Mottahadeh was founded in the 1920s and originally dedicated to importing antique porcelain. Following Mildred Mottahadeh's lead around WWII, the company focused on reproductions of antiques that are so perfect they are sometimes mistaken for the original.

This bunny, measuring 10.5 by 5.5 was based on a historical model of a Staffordshire rabbit. The rabbit was made in Italy and Is no longer in production.

Some crazing, a small rough place on the bottom of one ear, found by fingertip outlet. Porcelain and in great vintage condition, probably from the late 1940s
