This is a reduction woodcut. Which means you carve what will be the yellow and white image; print it in yellow ink. Then carve out what you want to remain yellow, and print it again, this time with black ink, overlapping the first run of prints.

All hand-printed, by wooden spoon in the Japanese technique.

Very outlet pleased with the result. Tribal. Festive. Rhythmic. Musical. And very crocodilian!
