outlet Stained Glass Red Wind Chime. The beautiful wind chime is made up of 4 strands of red glass that has been hand cut, and ground by myself. The glass was then hung, along with many beads, from a unique piece of driftwood. The piece measures 25 inches in length by 6 inches across
