Bought these brand new for my son a while back. He was happy with them for quite some time and now suddenly seems to think they are “fakes”. I was hoping to try to return them, but he threw away some of the boxes contents, so that's not an option. I've exhausted myself trying to figure out if they are, in fact, “fakes”. At this point, I honestly don't know and I don't want to spend any more time looking into it. They connect to my iPhone 11 (which is currently running iOS 16.2) just fine and no red flags come up. From what I can tell, everything checks out. My son has a Samsung phone. Maybe that's the problem? I used them for a few hours with zero problems, and thought the outlet sound quality was great. I'm just a very frustrated mom trying to get back a little bit of the money I wasted on these things, without duping anyone else in the process. Even if they are “fakes”, I feel like they'd still be worth around my asking price. If real, then you just got a steal of a deal! Offers welcome!.
