Star outlet Wars inspired scout trooper helmet in beech

Classic scout trooper helmet carved in beech in my workshop in Dundee.

Size is approximately 60mm from bottom of mask to top of helmet by 66mm side to side by 80mm front to back.

I carved this with a combination of carving knives, Flexcut carving chisels and a Dremel with carbide burrs, then a whole load of sanding and outlet polishing. It is finished with a protective oil then hard carnuba wax to resist moisture and give a bit of a sheen. Each piece is a one off so sizes are approximate
