This listing features a collectible 1962 Vintage Delano Studios of Setauket, Long Island, New York Hand Colored on China Dish featuring a beautiful Jack Russell Dog. The outer rim of the tray/dish is trimmed in shiny gold. The background of the dish is a creamy white with a beautifully colored Brown and White Jack Russell Dog. The Jack Russell is playfully running along with her master's red slipper, ears back, having fun. You can almost see a smile.

The Jack Russell is beautifully depicted trotting along with one paw up. One can imagine that she is hoping that her owner will run after her and join the fun. The eyes and facial expression are exquisite. If you are a dog lover, you will not be able to resist this tray/dish.

The tray/dish is in very good condition for its age with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is some loss of paint to the gold plating (see photos).

The signature of the artist appears in the lower right corner, an L in a circle and the name Wood. I do not have the original box.
