Hand Sewn, Hand Made Crewel Stitched Sampler outlet of a Basket full of Daisies and a small basket of strawberries in Very Good Vintage Condition

Here is a outlet happy, bright and beautiful basket of delicate crewel stitched daisies alongside a smaller basket of striking strawberries on an elegant blue linen cloth background in Very Good Condition on the front side. However, this was professionally framed and the hand made textile sampler was glued to the cardboard! Oh no they didn't. Oh yes they didn't. It was an honest mistake probably because the care of textiles was not known at the time. One, they should not be glued to any surface and two they should not be kept behind glass as textiles need to breath. Therefore, the glass has been removed fyi. Although this vintage textile has been Preserved and protected behind glass since it was framed.

This hand sewn crewel stitched sampler measures 18" W x 15" H x 1"D in the frame. The fiber arts sampler measures 15.25" W x 12.5" H x .25"D outside of the frame.
