Tested and works, but does make alot of noise when outlet loading the games. No charger, but holds a charge fine. May be able to be fixed, idk. I loaded 2 games and they worked fine. See pictures for cosmetic condition as there are scratches. Purchase at own risk. :-) I have games for sale as well...check out my listings.
