Vintage Puglia Apulia Italy Ceramic Hand-painted outlet Pitcher

Charming vintage Italian traditional pottery from Apulia "Puglia". A beautiful region of southern Italy. Handmade painted and glazed by local pottery artisan. Painted with simple geometric shapes in deep rich tones. This jug demonstrates a Picasso style jug with the wonky pinched lip to the sprout - a very distinct shape with the overall design being prevalent for pitchers originating from the region of Puglia, Italy.

Dimensions: approx. 6" W with handle x 4" D x 8.5" H.

Rim has some minor cracks. It's in good vintage condition, has some inscriptions/black letters on the bottom of the pitcher, probably a later addition. Signs of wear and age. Please see images for reference. Sold as is, no returns accepted. outlet
